Mission Statement

The Newmarket United Competitive program's aim is to:

 " Foster and assist in the development of players aiming to compete at the highest levels of play as defined by the Pyramid of play Principles set out by the Ontario Soccer Association"

By definition any team which competes in League or tournament play against other club teams is included in the Competitive Program. This falls under the management of the coaching committee and following the direction of the Board. 

Programs (players, coaches and team officials) falling within this definition include, but not limited to the Rep and All-Star programs. 

Relationships of Teams: by definition, each team is a development team for the teams above it as it falls with-in the principles of Pyramid of Play. 

It is the responsibility of the Development Committee to create, develop and enforce the rules and procedures which enable the club to meet its mission statement.
