Program Summary
Players aged 3-6 will become a part of our Active Start program. In this program, we place an emphasis on introducing the children to soccer and developing their physical literacy skills. They will develop basic movement skills by participating in a variety of soccer related games and activities. The sessions are led by our Certified Youth Coaches with a primary focus on creating a positive environment where we can encourage players to have fun while learning to play soccer!
Players joining our U7 program will continue to focus on developing basic soccer skills while also being introduced to the rules of the game! Teams will be coached by our Certified Youth Coaches who will start the session with skill based activities allowing players to develop their ball mastery. the session will end with a game against another team where coaches will help players gain an understanding of the rules of the game!
Players aged 8+ will be placed on teams coached by volunteer coaches. Each session will begin with a short warmup or practice. The majority of the session time will involve a game against another team in the division. The program creates a positive environment for players to participate in while being both fun and competitive! Our house league programs are perfect for players of all skill levels!
Players aged 19+ are given the opportunity to continue to play the sport they love! We offer three adult house league programs, Men’s House League, Women’s House League and Coed House League. The Men’s and Women’s leagues are separated into division A and division B based on standings from previous seasons. Players can register into the leagues as an individual, with friends or with a full team roster!
Our Skills program gives players the opportunity to develop their ball mastery skills and to be challenged in small sided game environments. The program is run by Canada Soccer Licensed coaches who will engage the players in a wide variety of activities and games each week. Players will have the opportunity to develop their dribbling, passing and shooting skills. Strengthening these fundamental skills will give players a strong foundation and give them confidence to perform in games!
Our Ball Mastery program gives players the opportunity to develop their ball mastery skills such as dribbling, turning, passing, and ball control In tight areas. The program is run by Canada Soccer Licensed coaches who will engage the players in a wide variety of activities and small sided games each week. The program takes place in a school gymnasium, this challenging environment gives players the opportunity to develop their technical skills.
The NSC All Abilities Program allows those with physical and/or intellectual disabilities to participate in this specially designed soccer programming. The All Abilities Program truly understands the importance of maintaining an environment wherein no one is defined by their disability. This program fosters an inclusive environment, focusing on the various abilities players have!
We also offer varying levels of support to fit the needs of all players. This ensures that every player is comfortable and confident throughout the session.
