The Youth Coach Mentorship program at NSC provides youth coaches (grades 9-12) the opportunity to volunteer within our recreational programs under the guidance of our Youth Technical Staff and Senior Technical Staff during the Indoor season.

Successful candidates have the opportunity to become apart of our Youth Technical Staff upon completion of the mentorship program for the summer season.
